Raised individual letters in orange-red, set in capitals in a geometric sans serif with an even, medium stroke weight, a perfectly circular O and very wide letter spacing; the hyphen is rendered as a short bar. Beside them, in the same style, are the smaller years 1948 and 1949. The letters appear complete and well preserved.
