Blackletter script in the style of a Fraktur or Schwabacher, with strong, angularly broken strokes, a striking initial W and a hyphen between the words, the upper line arranged in a slight arc. The letters are painted in opaque white directly onto the unplastered rubble stone masonry. The paint looks fresh and well preserved, the edges following the uneven stone surface.
